Free to park, and the water is metered. That split is the normal German arrangement: standing costs nothing, the machine charges for what you fill and empty. Carry 1 and 2 euro coins, because plenty of these machines still take nothing else.

This is a Wohnmobilstellplatz, a spot set aside for motorhomes to park.

The posted limit is 24 hours. German Gemeinden do enforce these, usually with a Parkscheibe, the blue parking disc you set to your arrival time and leave on the dashboard.

On site: drinking water and a waste drain. Recorded as not here: an electric hook-up. Nothing is recorded either way about toilets and showers, so do not count on them.
