Free to park. The services are the part that usually costs in Germany, so expect a meter on whatever you fill or empty here, and carry 1 and 2 euro coins for it.

This is a Wohnmobilstellplatz, a spot set aside for motorhomes to park, run by Gemeinde Wickede (Ruhr). The record gives 4 spaces, so it is small enough to fill up on a summer weekend.

The posted limit is 2 nights. German Gemeinden do enforce these, usually with a Parkscheibe, the blue parking disc you set to your arrival time and leave on the dashboard.

On site: a waste drain. Recorded as not here: drinking water and an electric hook-up. Nothing is recorded either way about toilets and showers, so do not count on them.
