What it is like to arrive here.

Free to park. The services are the part that usually costs in Germany, so expect a meter on whatever you fill or empty here, and carry 1 and 2 euro coins for it.

This is a Wohnmobilstellplatz, a spot set aside for motorhomes to park, at Schwandorf. The record gives 30 spaces, so it is big enough that you are unlikely to be turned away outside peak weekends.
