What it is like to arrive here.

Free to park, and the water is metered. That split is the normal German arrangement: standing costs nothing, the machine charges for what you fill and empty. Carry 1 and 2 euro coins, because plenty of these machines still take nothing else.

This is a Wohnmobilstellplatz, a spot set aside for motorhomes to park. The record gives 30 spaces, so it is big enough that you are unlikely to be turned away outside peak weekends.

No limit is published for this one. Where German Gemeinden do post a limit it is almost always between one and three nights, so plan on that, and read the board at the entrance for the number that applies here.

On site: drinking water and a waste drain. Nothing is recorded either way about toilets, showers and an electric hook-up, so do not count on them.
