Free to park. Comune di Vicopisano says so on its own page, which is the reason this one is here rather than on a forum.

This is an area di sosta, a stopover set aside for motorhomes, at Vicopisano. Comune di Vicopisano is the body behind it. The address is Piazza Comunardo Ferrucci, all’inizio di Viale Diaz, presso il Palazzetto dello Sport - 56012 Vicopisano (PI).
