Free, and the ayuntamiento says so on its own page. This is a municipal área de autocaravanas, a motorhome stopover the town has set aside, at Avenida de los Deportes, junto a la Policía Municipal y las instalaciones deportivas, in the concejo of Grado.

The council publishes 8 bays and a maximum stay of 72 hours.

Listed here: drinking water and a drain for grey and black water. Anything not on that list is simply not in the council’s description, so do not count on it either way.

Open all year. The council puts restaurants, a fuel station and shops inside 500m and the centre of the villa about 1km away.

Asturias is one of the comunidades autónomas that wrote the boundary into its own law: Decreto 61/2022 regulates áreas especiales de acogida de autocaravanas en tránsito as a class of tourism facility. What you may do on the street is still the ayuntamiento’s business through its ordenanza municipal, so use the área, keep everything inside the vehicle, and take the posted sign as the version that counts.
