Free, and the ayuntamiento says so on its own page. This is a municipal área de autocaravanas, a motorhome stopover the town has set aside, at Avenida Real Titánico s/n, 33980 Pola de Laviana, in the concejo of Laviana.

The council does not list what is on the ground here, so arrive self-sufficient: full water, empty tanks, and no assumption that there is a tap.

The page calls it a Punto de Servicio beside the sports area and mentions access to the pools, sauna, showers and cafeteria, plus a bike lane into town, but it does not itemize what the service point provides.
