This is a Wohnmobilstellplatz, a spot set aside for motorhomes to park. The record gives 10 spaces, so it is big enough that you are unlikely to be turned away outside peak weekends.

The posted limit is 3 days. German Gemeinden do enforce these, usually with a Parkscheibe, the blue parking disc you set to your arrival time and leave on the dashboard.

On site: an electric hook-up. Nothing is recorded either way about drinking water, toilets, showers and a waste drain, so do not count on them.
