What it is like to arrive here.

A municipal área de autocaravanas, a motorhome stopover the town has set aside, at Carretera de la Estación s/n, in the concejo of Ribadesella. Ayuntamiento de Ribadesella publishes the área but not a price for it. Small Asturian áreas are commonly free with a coin meter on the services, so bring coins and read the machine rather than assuming either way.

Neither a capacity nor a stay limit is published for this one. Asturian áreas are mostly small, often under ten bays, so treat it as a stop rather than a base and read the sign at the entrance for the limit.

What you may do on the street is still the ayuntamiento’s business through its ordenanza municipal, so use the área, keep everything inside the vehicle, and take the posted sign as the version that counts.
